Fantastic city with a lot to offer. My visit included mostly coffees, beers and brunches... Some places that I am happy to recommend are Gefährlich restaurant and bar (http://www.gefahrlich.dk/), drinking Tuborg in the sun at Nyhavn and brunches around Norre Port. During my coffee I also found that some of the pillow cases where very nice...
My notes are about where I find inspiration in the everyday life. Places I love to visit, food I could die for and things that I cannot live without.

ILLUSIONS OF REALITY
The Finnish national gallery Ateneum shows an exhibition called "Illusions of reality" (Arjen sankarit) 18/2 - 16/5 2011. I am very impressed by the exhibition's way of showing something new out from these traditional arts. Taken from the Ateneum's website "In the rapidly industrialising Europe of the late 19th century, Naturalism became one of the dominant movements in painting, literature and theatre. The themes of the paintings included the realities of contemporary society and the everyday lives of ordinary people. These themes were drawn from the hot topics of modern life. Labourers, farmers, the affluent middle classes - all layers of society served as subjects."

SARAH MOON
Sarah Moon is one of France’s most well-known contemporary photographers, filmmakers and artists. She was one of the first female photographers of haute couture after being a model. The images Moon created for the French fashion houses Chanel and Cacharel, as well as her legendary colour compositions for Comme des Garçons, have an outstanding poetic language. Moon’s career began with fashion photography, but that makes up just a small part of her work.
