Föglö is in the archipelago between Finland and Sweden. Enjoying good food, friends and the fantastic nature during spring time.

SEOUL

Seoul was cold but with loats of inspiration; trendy people, good food and spot on with the fashion. The best areas were Jung-gu area with Myodong shopping streets including the concept store called Åland, Gangnam-gu area with a Galleria, Korean version of Corso Como 10, Paper garden with a nice café and Dongdaemun-gu area with the wholesale markets that are open until 4 am... Also nice to walk around the Hongik university - lots of bars/restaurants and a young atmosphere.

Crazy or just creative chandelier?

CHORIZO

Today's dinner was made out from my shopping in Florens;  a spicy chorizo with lots of green vegatable such as apsargus, sprouts, broccoli and olives. On top of that the best parmesan cheese.

PLATE

During my travels the last years I have always bought one nice plate to take home. My mission is to collect several so I can create a small piece of art. And guess what I found at Anthropologie in Santa Monica.

A very nice restaurant in Venice, LA. I took the braised lamb meatballs with za'atar and spiced yoghurt.
