The city with so much inspiration - colours of the spices, all the beautiful mosques, the Grand Bazaar with all the colourful tiles and plates, the delicious food and the long history. One of the most fantastic fish restaurants I have ever been to was at the north of Istanbul, Kirecburnu, and was called Met. We had Asia as a view on the other side of Bosphorus. Two other restaurants that I can recommend was the Leb-i Derya at Kumbaraci Yokusu for the view and the Anatolian restaurant Buhara restaurants&Ocakbasi for the good kebabs and starters.
